These series of checklists ensure quality cleaning for each and every home:
Entire home:
- De-Webb
- Wipe-down light fixtures
- Wipe-down baseboards
- Wipe-down staircases
- Wipe-down doors and door frames
- Disinfect all door knobs, handles, light switches
Rooms / Living rooms:
- Vacuum all carpets, rugs, and floors
- Mop all floors
- Empty all trash cans
- Pillows fluffed and make beds
- Wipe-down and clean laundry room
- Sweep outdoor front porch
Bathrooms:
- Clean showers and bathtub
- Clean toilets
- Clean sinks and counter-tops
- Mop floors
- Straighten all towels
Kitchens:
- Clean inside oven and stove
- Wipe-down all major appliances
- Wipe-down outer door cabinets
- Clean sinks and countertops
- Mop pantry floors
- De-grease stove fan filter
Additional Services:
- Windows – glass, tracks, and screens

We at JCS can provide custom three-phase construction cleanups.
Phase One: Initial / Rough Clean
Construction debris and trash will be place in designated waste receptacle
Labels and stickers, not required to remain, will be removed from new fixtures and appliances
Appliance labels and Manuals will be gathered and placed in designated location
Floors will be broom swept or vacuumed to make ready for more work
Pressure wash the interior (garage area) and exterior area.
Wash, wipe and clean all windows, tracks and sash inside and outside of the windows
Other reasonable requested cleaning will also be provided
Phase Two: Main/Final Clean
Ceiling fans, floors and Celling vents and return covers will be cleaned.
Sawdust and drywall dust will be removed from walls and ceilings.
Fixtures including sconce-type will be cleaned inside and out.
Interior of cabinets and drawers will be vacuumed and wiped to remove dust from corners
All woodwork items will be wiped down.
All horizontal surfaces will be wiped down
Mirror, porcelain surfaces and chrome fixtures will be cleaned and polished
Appliance labels and manuals will be gathered and placed in designated location
Window Tracks will be vacuumed to remove construction dust
Wash, wipe and clean all windows, tracks and sash inside and outside of the windows
Baseboards, ledges, electric outlets covers and light switches will be cleaned
Restroom fixtures including sinks, toilets, urinals, showers and tubs will be cleaned
Kitchen sinks, counter tops, and exterior of appliance will be cleaned
Hard floors will be vacuumed, dust mopped or swept
Hard floors will be wet mopped
Carpet areas including edges will be vacuumed using detailed attachments
Other reasonable requested cleaning will also be provided
Phase Three: Touch-up/Re-clean
All areas will be lightly touched-up and dusted to create “Move in” or “ready to show” appearance.
Restroom will be touched up to create “Move in” or “ready to show” appearance.
Kitchens will be touched up to create “Move in” or “ready to show” appearance.
Floors will be vacuumed as needed to create “Move in” or “ready to show” appearance.
