- Must have an open mind to work with a group of two or more team members.
- Must be very motivated, honest, loyal, dependent, hardworking, and most importantly, to be ethically sound.
- Must be able to communicate in English, but bilingual is a plus.
- Must take pride in cleaning and to love cleaning for a living.
- Must be open-minded with the ability to learn, be a team player, smile and provide excellent customer experience.
Requirements when applying for the job.
- Applicants are required to have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Applicants must work based on monthly scheduled cleaning plans.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screenings.
- Have existing residential cleaning experience.
- Can communicate in English.
